These Terms govern, in a legally binding manner, the use of this website and any other Agreement or legal relationship with the Owner connected with it. Words beginning with a capital letter have the meaning given to them in the section "Definitions and legal references" below.

The User must read this document with care.

Terms of use

Unless stated otherwise, the rules in this section apply generally whenever the User uses this website.

In particular situations, individual or additional conditions governing use or access may apply; where they do, this document also indicates them.

Content on this website

Except where stated otherwise or where it is clearly recognisable, all content available on this website belongs to, or is supplied by, the Owner or its licensors.

The Owner does its utmost to make sure that content offered on this website does not infringe any applicable legal provision or any third-party right. Even so, this result may not always be achievable.

Where this happens, and without prejudice to any legal prerogative the User has to enforce their rights, the Owner kindly asks the User to report related complaints preferably via the contact details given in this document.

Access to external resources

The User may be able to access, through this website, external resources that third parties provide. The User acknowledges and accepts that such resources are outside the Owner's control and that the Owner is therefore not responsible for their content or availability.

Any conditions applying to resources provided by third parties, including those governing any possible grant of rights in content, follow from each third party's own terms and conditions or, where there are none, from applicable statutory law.

Acceptable use

The User may use this website and the Service only within the scope for which they are provided, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

The User alone is responsible for ensuring that their use of this website and/or the Service does not violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party right.

Common provisions

No waiver

If the Owner does not assert a right or provision under these Terms, this shall not be treated as a waiver of that right or provision. No waiver shall be regarded as a further or continuing waiver of that term or of any other term.

Service interruption

To keep the Service at the best possible level, the Owner reserves the right to interrupt it for maintenance, system updates or any other changes, and will inform the User appropriately.

The Owner may also, within the limits set by law, decide to suspend or discontinue the Service entirely. Should the Service be discontinued, the Owner will cooperate with Users so that they can withdraw personal data or information, and the Owner will respect Users' rights regarding continued use of the product and/or compensation, as provided for by applicable law.

In addition, the Service may be unavailable for reasons beyond the Owner's reasonable control, such as force majeure events (for example, breakdowns of infrastructure or blackouts).

Service reselling

Without the Owner's express prior written permission, given either directly or through a legitimate reselling programme, the User may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell or exploit any part of this website and of its Service.

Intellectual property rights

Without prejudice to any provision of these Terms that is more specific, all intellectual property rights relating to this website, including copyright, trademark, patent and design rights, belong exclusively to the Owner or its licensors and enjoy the protection afforded by applicable laws or international treaties on intellectual property.

All trademarks, whether nominal or figurative, as well as every other mark, trade name, service mark, word mark, illustration, image or logo that appears in connection with this website, are and remain exclusively owned by the Owner or its licensors and enjoy the protection afforded by applicable laws or international treaties on intellectual property.

Changes to these Terms

At any time, the Owner reserves the right to amend or otherwise change these Terms. In that case, the Owner will inform the User of the changes appropriately.

Any such change will take effect in the Owner's relationship with the User only from the date communicated to the User onwards.

If the User continues to use the Service, this will signify that the User accepts the revised Terms.

If the User does not want the changes to be binding on them, the User must stop using the Service; the User may also terminate the Agreement.

The relationship before the User's acceptance is governed by the previous version that applied. Any previous version can be obtained by the User from the Owner.

Assignment of contract

While taking the User's legitimate interests into account, the Owner reserves the right to subcontract, transfer, assign or dispose of by novation any or all rights or obligations arising under these Terms.

The provisions on changes to these Terms apply accordingly.

Without the Owner's written permission, the User may not assign or transfer, in any way, their rights or obligations under these Terms.

Contacts

Any communication concerning the use of this website must be sent via the contact details given in this document.

Severability

If, under applicable law, any provision of these Terms is deemed to be or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity or unenforceability of that provision shall leave the validity of the remaining provisions unaffected, and they shall continue in full force and effect.
